Instructions: 1. Wash the flask with soap and water, rinse thoroughly, inflate with a puff of air, turn upside down with the cap off, and let dry. 2. Use the funnel to fill the flask to no more than 80% of its capacity. 3. Hold the flask with the spout up and squeeze to expel air until liquid reaches the spout. 4. It is recommended to remove and discard the O-rings from the caps, and twist the caps as tightly as possible to prevent leakage. 5. Do not fill the flask with carbonated beverages.
